Congregation Mariana Trinitaria, A.C. knows that the communities themselves are able to define the best ways to provide for the needs that exist in their sites as well as in the assistance programs.

In this meeting, the priority is to help the greatest possible of communities  in both Mexican and Central American territories to help build their own surroundings and to eradicate the lack of home and of infrastructure starting with their own efforts and utilizing, as necessary, any external resources available.

The programs that are funded ought to encourage the development of strategies and planning for harmonious development with a sustainable vision that considers ecology, technology, health, and reproducibility; something that permits the beneficiaries themselves an alternative for assistance with private participation in order to integrate local development with economic and social efficiency and encourage improvements in the quality of life of groups that have social-economic needs.

For Congregation Mariana Trinitaria, A.C., the participation of the citizens becomes fundamental in that the objective is that the development of the program be brought about by works and efforts.  In sum, the fundamental aspect is that the set of guidelines refers to government actions that are organized with the collaboration of the society.
