HOW DOES ONE GAIN ADMITTANCE INTO OUR PROGRAMS?

A great number of petitions are received daily by MARIANA TRINITARIA CONGREGATION A.C.  These petitions ask that we fund diverse actions in both Oaxaca and in places outside the state and nation whether these be for  agricultural technology, productivity, housing, ecological conservation, or other things.

REQUIREMENTS

• In order to gain admission into the programs that Congregation Mariana TRINITARIA provides, there are not forms or pre-designed formulas.
• The beneficiary should present a formal petition, explaining the problematic needing solution and the hoped for results (maximum of 3 pages double spaced, printed on just one side).
• On the formal petition, the personal data of the contact person should clearly appear, data such as: NAME OF THE GROUP OR ENTITY PETITIONING, RESIDENCE, ZIP CODE, CITY, STATE AND COUNTRY.  TELEPHONE NUMBER, FAX, E-MAIL ADDRESS.  If the contact is a web page, please indicate.
• Technical explanation clearly specifying the amount and quality of recourses required for the work to be done.
• Photographs of the site to benefit (at least 6 photographs, they can be digital).
• Simple copies of the official identifications of the petitioners.
• Legal and fiscal documentation that supports the personality of the petitioning group or entity (in Mexico, the warrant of fiscal identification R.F.C.).
• The offices of attention can be the State Management Offices of FIRCO (inside of Mexico) or the offices of Congregation Mariana Trinitaria in Oaxaca, and from foreign counties, contact the Civil Association by e-mail or fax.
