2004 Experiencies

The most remarkable fact in 2004 was the signing of the agreement of collaboration with the Fideicomiso de Riesgo Compartido (FIRCO) that associates both institutions to promote development and productivity in the 32 states of the nation, with clearly defined rules and actions.

BUDGET 2004
In 2004, our resources were composed of:

  • Donations from both national territory and abroad.
  • Tax deductions.
  • Own resources.
  • Output from our productive programs.

All these were audited by the S.H.C.P., as we are authorized as recipient for donations from Mexico and foreign countries, as published in the D.O.F.

Our total budget 2004: 45 million USD

  • 68% transacted (30.6 million USD)
  • 32% transferred to the financial year 2005 (14.4 million USD)

Of the 30.6 million USD transacted in 2004, 26.6 million (about 88%) were invested in collaboration with the following governments:

  • 97% (26.6 M USD) municipal
  • 2% (0.5 M USD) state
  • 1% (0.3 M USD) federal
  • Of our budget 2004, FIRCO placed nearly 33% in municipalities in the states of Oaxaca, Guerrero, Morelos, Chiapas, Tabasco and Jalisco.
  • The state that received the largest amount of economic help from the resources of CMT canalized by FIRCO was Guerrero.

CONGREGACIÓN MARIANA TRINITARIA in the State of Oaxaca:

  • Comprised 403 municipalities and 3 private organisms
  • Placed more than 18.5 million USD of investment for different kinds of communitarian projects.
  • It’s important to point to the collaboration and coordination with the State Office of SAGARPA and State Agency of the FIRCO.
