Message from our President
To push forward social development and to get over extreme
poverty requires an impulse for the participation of both,
social organizations and citizens, without delay. We can’t
continue donating without counting on any participation of
the beneficiaries, be it active or by means of resources.
The demand of co responsibility is derived from a sense of
justice, claiming that all citizens protect their rights on
one hand and fulfill their duties on the other.
Social and citizen’s participation is adherent to
a culture in favor of justice, liberty, and democracy, where
everyone: government, social actors and productive groups,
subordinate their personal interests to the common purpose
of participating in the social and productive integration
of their own society… THIS IS THE CHALLENGE FOR ALL
OF US!

President of the Administrative Council
